Isaac, Newborn shoot in Birmingham

When Isaac finally appeared he weighed in at just over 11lbs, a far cry from Archie who I’d shot earlier in the week who weighed only 5lbs. Our son Milo was the biggest newborn I’d shot at 9lb 2 so an 11 pounder was a new one on me! I was also told he looked a bit like a rugby player so i wasn’t really sure what to expect.
I needn’t have worried though, he was a very handsome chap with the squidgiest lips and not a trace of rugby player! We got some amazing shots but I have to say my absolute favourite is the shot of his hair. Love it.

jay - And it was great to have you do the shoot! I agree, your shots look great cropped square, we’re hoping to get some done when we move house. His hair hasn’t changed; he’s still got newborn hair. And he looks a lot less “rugby player” and even MORE “handsome chappie” now. :o )
Fancy having a go with Noah sometime when the weather picks up? ;o)
